Purpose: Reply to Bill, and ensure I answer Bill’s questions in detail.
Hi Bill,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I just want to keep you updated on policy checking process. Till today we have completed 20 policies with 19 policies have not been handled yet. But regarding the completed policies, we have 10 policies which are under suspending. We are still waiting for the response from account coordinators. We are now trying to finish the 19 policies, and we will complete them by the end of this week.
Following are responses to the problems you listed numbered the same as your email:
l We would like the turnaround time for regular tasks is one week, and for urgent tasks, we will give them high priority to check, and set them as daily tasks to process.
l We always notify the discrepancies to primary assignment before we make any changes to the application. But we will update application if we think the policy is correct based on our previous experience. In our opinion this is more efficient.
l Nexsure maintenance occurs each Friday, so we can’t process during these time. It’s about 2 or 3 hours.
l In my opinion, we’d better make a note for some common forms that don’t need to be mentioned on our app. When we encounter such forms we can ignore that, that’s would be more efficient.
