Call Centre agents required for leading hotel reservation client in Manchester city centre. Due to our clients success and expansion in Asia, we are looking for Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese speakers to start work asap. It will also involve dealing with English customers as well. The role will involve dealing with a large volume of inbound calls from customers wishing to make hotel bookings. Previous call centre experience is not necessary - full training is given. F/time and part-time shifts available. The call centre is open between 8.00am-10pm Monday to Sunday, £6.15 an hour, on an ongoing temp or temp to perm basis.
