Sector Retail - Sales Assistant

Title - Mandarin or Russian speaking Retail Sales Assistant - luxury goods
Skills - Fluent Mandarin or Russian, Retail experience, administrative skills, stock control, customer service
Salary - c£20k + commision
Location - Central London
Working Hours - 8 hours a day including weekends and evenings.

The Company

A niche brand within a global luxury goods company. This role will be based in their concession in a major department store and will begin in September.

The Role

You will be responsible for assisting customers.
The role will involve sales of high value goods, handling money and dealing with stock issues.

The Person

Working at the highest end of the luxury retail sector, it is imperative that, as an ambassador for the organisation, you have a neat and tidy appearance (uniforms will be provided).
You will have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the Retail Team and with members of the public when on the telephone.
You will feel confident using Microsoft Office.
Highly organised and self-motivated and with a great sense of initiative and attention to detail, you will enjoy learning new and complex procedures.
You will be able to be flexible in your working hours and have a good team spirit at all times.
