I enjoy shopping, reading, sports, help my mother with housework, etc
- What have you learn in SQ Center?
I’ve learnt how to communicate with people, handle difficult situations, grooming, social etiquette.
- What are your hobbies?
I enjoy sports like (running, badminton, tennis, table tennis, etc). I like to play computer games, read books…
- Tell me what is excellent service according your past experience?
Excellent service is meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction
- Please tell me something about your parents? What’s your parents do?
My father is a worker/employee. My mother is a housewife/worker/employee
- Where do you come from? Please introduce about your hometown?
If I am going for holiday in your hometown, what are the sightseeing places you can recommend? What is the famous snack in your hometown?

Yes, I help my mother to clean the floor/windows/wash dishes/wash toilets…
- Are you an independent girl? Are you afraid of going overseas along?
Yes, I am an independent girl. I’m not afraid as I have been away from home during my college of University days.
- Do you have any work experience? What did you do?
I used to work in a departmental store/hotel during my attachment/ part time to make some money during my holidays.
- Do you have pet?
Yes, as my cat/dog is like my baby/friend. No, as my parents do not like me to keep pet.
- Why you want to be a Customer Service Agent at the airport? What do you think about this job?
I like to talk to people / help people/ like to know more cultures. Though this job can be tough, I would enjoy this job as I know I can help people, talk to people from different countries.
- What kind of activities do you participate in your college/ university?
- If passenger would like a window seat but your computer system show that there isn’t any more window seat, what would you do?
Apologise to customer, will inform the flight attendant to help change seat with other passenger.
- If you meet the difficult passenger / angry passenger/ nasty passenger, what would you do?
Apologise to passenger, listen to what he/she wants, find a solution for him/her. It’s important that I keep cool and try to help.
- Do you go to the disco at night?
No, I don’t enjoy noisy places / smoky places
