石头 is just trying to be funny. He/she was doing an imitation of Chinglish.

One form of Chinglish is the hilarious result when one translates Chinese to English， word by word， and in the same sequence， such as the ones 石头 use below as a joke.
I English good! 我英语好！
you give many money a small time? 你给多钱一小时？
