一、初选环节：
2008年-2012年:由卡塔尔航空公司代表主考
面试形式：房间左右两边各一个考官即卡塔尔航空的HR与在职CC进行一对一形式面试。通过初选环节的候选人方可被邀请参加第二天复试环节。
部分一对一形式面试试题：
1.Please introduce yourself./What’s your name?
2.Is this your first time to this interview?
3.How do you get here this morning?
4.Please introduce your hometown.
5.How long have you stay in this city?
Tips：
1.注意表现的JUST BE MYSELF，还有就是自信并且谦逊一点。
2.简历尽量不要直接放在包里啦，等拿出来的时候已经呈现出废纸状喽，为了给考官留下好印象，还是准备一个文件夹专门放简历和照片吧！
2012年起：由Fasco考官主考
面试形式：Fasco考官主考，一对一、一对二或一对十形式。通过初选环节的候选人方可被邀请参加第二天复试环节。主要考察考生的皮肤，英语应变能力，举止行为等。

Hopeway Tips：
1.小伙伴们不用特别担心，问的问题都不是非常难，基本上实话实说就好了，但是有一定要注意，就是细节。比如用完凳子要放好，喝完的水要知道带出去等等。总之，一定要让他们觉得你们有当CC的潜质就好啦。
2.MM们要注意自己的妆容及盘发，还有正装的准备展示了你对此次面试的重视程度，妆容尽量偏浓，大红色的口红会显得气色很好，最重要的是记得大大的微笑（要发自内心的），即使问题答不出来，至少考官会觉得你的personality很好，哈哈~
2013年-2014年卡塔尔航空海外面试：

二、复试环节：（2008年至今）
①观看视频:
1.观看介绍多哈视频。
2.考官自我介绍、考官介绍多哈及卡航。
②笔试+摸高谈话（50分钟）
笔试包括：阅读理解、完形填空、选单词标语等常识题、作文。
部分考官摸高环节一对一谈话高频问题：
1.What's your name?
2.Where are you come from?
3.Do you like your hometown or Shanghai?
4.How much is your current salary? Do you satisfied with the level of wages?
5.What's your favorite TV program?
部分作文高频问题：
1.Have you ignored some things because of time? What it is? How do you solve? What have you learned from it?
2.Why do you come here today?
3.What is the most disappointed thing in your life? And how did you deal with, what have you learned from it?
5.If you have the ability to go back in time, what mistake you will avoid,and what conclusion do you draw?
6.Have you got the experience of dishonest? What can you learn from it? What can it help you to be a cabin crew in the future?
7.Who is the person you wanna be like?
8.what is the qualities of the person you admire?
9.Share an experience that beyond "the call of duty"-- stranger or colleague?
10.Describe a situation that the change of the situation is out of your control.
11.Describe a person's body language(movements, posture, facial expressions) and tell how does personality reflect.
12.If your schedule has been interrupted, how did you solve it?
Tips：
1.笔试期间会有摸高和考官提问的环节，所以大家要注意笔试时间把控。
2.现场的摸高线会比212cm略高，所以平常即使在家能摸到212cm的同学还是需要多做伸展练习哦，如果现场无法摸到的话是会被淘汰的。
3.听清楚考官的要求，考官在笔试环节会说要求答题时打叉、打勾还是打S。复试除了笔试和小组讨论就是在考大家的听力，一定一定要认真的听她们说的话，千万不要因为犯了小的错误而和成功失之交臂。考官发试卷之前会说KEEP UR PAPER CLOSED,PLS DO NOT OPEN IT UNTIL WE TELL U OPEN，所以大家在笔试时请勿提前打开试题！
4.作文还是很重要哒，大家可以在面试之前多准备一些万能素材，有时候Final考官会根据你的作文中的观点来提问一些问题。
③小组讨论:1-2题：2个考官分别在2个组周围。
小组讨论高频问题：
1.If the investment company give you a sum of money, what kind of company you will creat.And then where would you consider?
2.The company needs to recruit 100 employees, which five countries would you consider to choose to have a recruitment, and which three countries you don't consider to choose?
3.If you want to organize three people of different nationalities to have a trip, please discuss which nationality will you choose,what age, destination and so on,and pls give reasons.
4.Please talk about 5 recent international events, and a event happen in China recently.
5.Please discuss five advantages and three disadvantages of Chinese people’s quality.
6.There are some words on the paper,each person choose one from it and you have three minutes to prepare for it.Use an example to prove this word reflects the positive side on you.(Word:confident,humor,honest)
7.Debate the advantages and disadvantages of plastic surgery.
8.Everyone take one word from the box,then put the words together,use your own word to form a complete story.
9.On the plane, you prepare a vegeatble meal for a passenger who is a vegetarian, but when distributing food, you send this meal to another passenger,how will you deal with?
10.There are some situations happen during the flight.How will you solve the problems in turns.(Entertainment facilities fault/ passenger who has a airsick /baby cry/a passenger who has a nosebleed,/a passenger who want to have meal)
11.Please list ten words/point the interviewer put more emphasis on.
12.Pls pick up a piece of paper and talk about the word on the paper in one or two minutes.word:ice cream, lipstick, Lady Gaga, London, majority, Ronaldo, Beyonce, cookie, McDonald's，face book( 2013年-2014年海外面试题)
PS：进入Final的候选人将被要求填写一份Application Form。其中的几个open question是极其重要的!!小伙伴们要好好准备哦~
①陈述自己的特长或者强项。
②你为什么想要加入卡航。
③补充一下希望卡航了解你的东西。
Tips：
1.小组讨论环节建议大家抓住发言的机会适当发言，如果什么都不说的话给考官的感觉会觉得你缺乏团队互动性；如果发言时碰到其他MM也想发言的话，可以礼貌地说：You first please.
2.小组讨论环节如果看到自己组里面有MM还没有发言要记得关注她们，鼓励大家一起分享观点，因为大家是一个团队，要互相帮助。
3.复试整个过程大家要集中精力听清考官的要求，不要违反考官之前说不允许做的事情。
四、终选环节：

2.What do you think about our rules and regulations?
3.What's your current job mainly do?
4.How to deal with the different opinion with colleagues?
5.How to communicate with different culture background people?66.Describe one or two examples of the customer service you did?

9.Are you single? So when are you going to get married?
10.Have you get along with the people who have different cultural with you?
Tips：
1.大多数的问题都是根据MM们的入职申请来问的，这里考官主要是想了解你的性格，有没有团队精神，和同事间的沟通技能等等。
2.照片一定要照好,按照要求最好先去准备，大头照尺寸是3.5X4.5（护照尺寸），全身照是5寸，妆容要比较浓，特别是口红一定要红，照片站姿是正面站，双手自然垂放于身体两侧，一定记得是裙装！
