Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Ltd (KA), an affiliate member of oneworld, is a Hong Kong-based airline operating a fleet of 42 passenger aircraft and serving 53 regional destinations, including 23 cities in Mainland China. Dragonair is part of the Cathay Pacific Group, providing seamless connectivity for passengers to more than 200 cities around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Do passenger handling for airport operational duties, including: check-in counter, information counter, boarding gate, transit, arrival, etc.
Monitor service parties for un/loading of cargo, baggage and dis/embarkation of passengers
Prepare information for flight operation, communicate with the (aircraft), related department, answer enquiries on schedules & operation status and the handling of flight documentation
Provide airport lounge service
Requirements/Qualifications:
College graduate or above
Good customer services and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
Can work independently, willing to face challenges and work under pressure
Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Airline experience is an advantage;
Willing to work on shift
Required to work in Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Shanghai Hongqiao Airport respectively.
Required to attend and pass all training arranged by department and HQ to meet the needs of daily operations
PRC national or valid working permit in PRC
