Job Purpose –
To ensure the delivery of a consistently high level product for EK premium customers and that the service suppliers provide the expected level of service.
Job Outline- Ensure Premium passengers are provided with the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Greet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required to maintain customer loyalty.
- Liaise with service providers and supervise contracted staff, overseeing catering, cleaning and maintenance operations, so that service standards are met and maintained.
- Assist operational staff in a proactive manner, to ensure passenger needs are met by undertaking seat changes, issuing of boarding cards, check-in of transit passengers, and reservation changes.
- Keep all passengers in the lounge informed regarding their flight departure and any other information pertaining to their flight.
- Assist with expeditious and accurate completion of all reports & statistical data, and recording inwards goods and confirmation of invoices. Assist with daily/weekly stock control.
- Undertake various administrative functions and other duties as directed from time to time by the Lounge Supervisor, Airport Services Manager and other members of the station management group.

Qualifications
Experience - Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in airline customer service preferably, with airport experience.
- Basic knowledge of Departure Control Systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Keen interest in the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Additional Qualification- Must have the right to work and live in Beijing. The company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.
