There has been much chatter online about the coming interviews with great international airline companies. Some things to remember and consider. The companies that will be interviewing represent many cultures, Asia, Europe, and middle Eastern. Each one has subtleties or nuances that they seek, and then they all require some of what are termed 'core competencies'.

Just as one does not achieve the equivalent of a college degree by surfing the net and talking with friends, to achieve a great goal, professional help is essential.

Firstly lets talk about nuance. Charm, make up, confidence, what do these terms mean to you but more importantly-what do they mean to each of the regions represented in the interviews? Do you know this- are you willing to take the chance that you really do!
Now for the issue of core competencies- with which we have lumped physical characteristics. What characteristics are a 'needed to play' and which are essential. Companies are like people- they want the perfect worker- we want the perfect job. But, in life we rarely find perfection so we settle for less. Companies do likewise, they will settle on some issues and be strict on others. Professionals in the field are aware of this and can help you to minimize risk.
