据《澳洲商务旅行者》报道，面对动态的市场环境，阿联酋航空将减少从悉尼和珀斯始发的航班量，这是其今年一系列调整动作的一部分。从3月31日开始，阿联酋航空的珀斯航班量将减少至每天一班。

没有找到减少这一航班的原因，不过EK的驻外的合作酒店已经降了一级。已经1月底了，EK是否来大陆招聘木有任何消息，看来3月也是没什么希望了...

已经进入三月，EK还是没有要来大陆招聘的消息，今天看到一则消息说是在如此大范围的CC招聘后即将要放慢招聘速度了。在全球广招的情况下都没来大陆，如果招聘不密集了感觉更不会来大陆了。回顾14年15年几乎单数月份都有OD，现在只能感叹知道EK太晚了。
以下摘几段重点，

Is Emirates About to Suspend Cabin Crew Recruitment?

There’s no need to panic just yet but it looks like Emirates is about to slow down its massive worldwide cabin crew recruitment drive.  The Dubai-based airline has held hundreds of recruitment events in cities across the globe over the last 12-months as it sought to plug a gap in its cabin crew workforce.  At present, Emirates has over 80 events planned throughout March and into the start of April.

In a leaked email that has been sent to select candidates, Emirates has said it is once again initiating an “On Hold” programme which is sometimes referred to as a Holding Pool.  “Due to the success of our recent hiring events, our training courses are at capacity for the coming months,” the email reads.

“As a result, we have applied a temporary hold status to a selection of applications”.  The email continues: “We will continue to review upcoming availabity and subject to a further validation of your application, we will endeavour to update you in a months time.”

Emirates does not say how long the hold status will last or how many candidates have been affected.  The airline has also been careful on this occasion not to say to those affected that they have definitely landed the job.

The last time Emirates was forced to start placing candidates On Hold, the airline went through a massive cost-cutting programme which ultimately led to a near year-long recruitment freeze.  On that occasion, many successful candidates were placed in a holding pool for months on end before eventually being told that their applications had been rescinded.
EK最后一次被迫开始将候选人置于暂停状态是该航空公司经历了一项大规模的削减成本计划，最终导致近一年的招聘冻结。 在那时，许多成功的候选人被关押在一个持有池中数月，最终被告知他们的申请被撤销。

It's not believed that this will be the case on this occasion but it’s quite a turn around from just a few months ago when the airline told staffers that it was 800 cabin crew short of its target.

今天上EK官网发现网站更新了，看到CC的面试流程变了！！！增加了在线英语测评，并且Final居然改为在线了！！！从原来的的OD→AD(小组讨论，摸高等)→Final，改变为

CV Review And Evaluation
                ↓
Group Assessment
                ↓
Height And Reach Assessment
                ↓
On-Line English Language Assessment And Behavioural Questionnaire
                ↓
Web-Based Final Interview

希望呀 一般都是会早2个月左右放出招聘消息 但是现在都3月了都没什么消息 估计5月是不会来了 只能期待7-9月了 T-T
