ek6月final的同志们进来啊,前辈也进来下吧，分析下我的final全过程

今天刚刚面完emirates的final，感觉不妙，她告诉我我的笔试做得非常好非常好，然后final结束了还说我capable啊，还说喜欢我的suntan，客套话难道。。现在开始准备漫长的等待，还有谁是刚刚面完final的，我是周三ad那天的那个穿蓝色衬衫白色裙子的, 参加6月11，12号FINAL的同学们加这个群大家交流交流吧 群号：62697279 我也想现在已经被ek录取的前辈们说一下final的经过，有没有自己觉得不完美的地方，或者是停顿，还有语无伦次，但是最终还是被录取的，给我们这些在等待电话的同学们一点安慰，你们经历过这种等待，肯定了解我们现在有多么煎熬！
受不了了，我把final过程写出来，前辈帮我分析下吧
寒暄。。交照片表格，我给她10张s，她选了3张(生活照）
r说自己很累，我说你是很辛苦，可以抽空做下massage，她把衣领翻下去给我看她拔火罐留下的痕迹，然后问我什么时候能消呢。我说至少1－2个星期吧。
她说你知道吗你的笔试做得非常好非常好，我没想起来说什么，就愣住了傻笑。。
然后严肃起来开始提问
r问关于工作遇到customer找事的问题。。
我：yes, one of my responsibilities is to solve problems directly with customers, show them the trials of different vegetable varieties in the field. one time a customer came to look for a varity he gave us for trial 1 year ago, but we couldn't find it in the field or in any documents , so i calmed him down, then checked the case and found it was one of my coworkers' fault, it was totally ignored! if we plant it again at that time, it will need several months to grow up and at least half a year to know the result ( like if it's resistant to heat, diseases, virus), i didn't blame my coworker, i took the sample to our lab for tissue culture, it's like rapid propagation, so we shortened the time, then we put some specific virus or diseases on the plant, if it's still good after sometime, then it's resistant to that specific virus or dieaseas
r说：so interesting, so you didnt blame your coworker at that time, you found a way to solve the problem
我： yes
然后我看r写了很多纸上。。
r：工作中的挑战（困难还是什么的大概）
我：i'm also in charge of hr in the lab, i know some staff want to leave the lab (quit) , i didn't know why, maybe because of the low salary, or the working conditions? but they told me they are getting married or sick..something like that, i didnt know, so it was really important to talk to them, communicate with them, to know the real reasons. to make them open up to me. and i also had to talk with my boss, to ask for benifits for our staff, i need to balance.
r：工作中有没有遇到一些困难，是需要同事帮助的
我：yes, many times, i remember at the end of last year, there was china seed expo 2009, in guangzhou. my manager decided to use the old version of brochure, but just 3 days before the seed expo, he changed his mind, we needed a new one! the first thing was to ask for the electronic version of the brochure, i called my colleague in our headquarter in changsha, he was on a business trip, but he promised me he would give me the electronic version the next day when he went back to changsha. but we didnt wait, we had that old brochure with us, so we decided which pictures or articles should be deleted, and which ones should be added, i asked some coworkers to take some pictures of our open field, greenhouses and labs and some  other coworkers to draft some articles about them and also our new products. as soon as we got that electronic version, we started to edit it. but, there was a new problem coming..
r: wow, so many problems..
我：yes，there were only 2 days left before the seed expo, if we print it in shanghai, it would need at least 2 days..so i contacted my colleague in guangzhou (we have a branch company in guangzhou), and sent him the file, asked him to help us print it in guangzhou, so we could be in guangzhou 2 days before the seed expo, we had enough time to decorate the exhibit booth, and arrange everything...
r: do you think you can do that without their help?
我：no , i can't
r: 你有没有什么缺点是同事给你指出来过的呢？
我：yes, i was told i was not too assertive before
r：who said that and why?
我：people in my lab took so many sick days before, and they came to work on weekends, so they took other days off, but sometimes, they don't really need to come to the lab to work overtime, they just want to take other days off. so a dortor told me about this, but i realised that at the sam e time.
r：what did you do about that?
我：i set up a system, people who wants to work overtime must inform me 2 or 3 days before, and explain why it is necessary to work overtime at that time, i will record that day. if they want to take another day off, they also have to inform me 2 or 3 days before, then they can take it off with permission.
r问了一个问题，我没听懂，让她重复了一边
她说有没有人要你做什么事情但是这件事情你没有involved in的，然后你怎么做
我很傻的说：好像没有，我都应该做吧
r说那就是没有了，结果那一片就没做记录，空白的（要不要紧啊？）
r：你工作中的有些知识是哪里来的呢
我：学校啊 ，我的专业是horticulture...
r:那工作中不会有什么不了解的要问到同事吗？
我：yes，many of our visitors are prominent officials from other cities or other countries who want to invest in our lab, so it's important for me to let them know what exactly we are doing now, that i need to know all those from my coworker.
r: so you just ask them, and they will tell you?
我：of course not, i have to work in the field at least once a week...that's why i'm so tanned..（ by the way，我那天用的是mac最深的那款粉。。46号）
她抬头看我。说我也想tanned，但是没时间晒太阳啊。。
然后结束了,她说i have got all the informations that i want here, you are a very capable person! any questions?
我就问几周能知道结果之类的，握手，临走说了句，真的希望能再见到你
她说：我也不知道，很多女孩子在这里来了又走了，谁知道呢。。。
这就是我的final全过程，3点进去，3点54出来，一共54分钟。。希望对下个月面试的mm也有帮助

    因为中间有停顿啊，有想的过程，还有一个问题开始没听懂，让她重复了一边，前辈这样是不是很fatal啊

        有停顿怎么了？让重复也是正常的啊！重要的是understanding！这个绝对没有问题。没有你想像的那么夸张，EK很人性的。虽然有时候也比较。。。。（这个就不多说了）等着你的好消息

建议楼主不用太纠结 想太多了 是不是最后可以进 因素很多 final时的表现也只是一部分 职业的intvwer是不会给你任何clue去猜测自己可不可以进 就像你说hope to c u agn意思就是希望自己可以进 她回答就是告诉你it all depends 如果你有听她AD那天说的东西 应该知道她回迪拜要把所有的file给VP过目 最后决定是VP也不是她 说不定你运气不好 一切表现都很完美 VP因为你的某些方面的个人原因而不选你 比如他不喜欢你的长相 比如她不喜欢你个人经历中的某一部分 等等都是有可能的 反过来如果你运气好 即使你的表现不那么好 Rovinna也不推荐你 但是VP确很欣赏你身上某一点 你也就进了 所以一切皆有可能 你自己尽力了 剩下的就是运气了 即使过了这一步 后面还有体检政审 还有很多意外可能发生 所以不要期望太高了 一切随缘吧 唯一个人觉得或许有帮助的 如果你有个人信仰 去拜拜或许有些用吧

    楼下的说的很对，我看你的过程没有什么问题啊，没有问题的答案说明你诚实啊，能有什么问题，我也有说没有遇到这个情况过啊，就换另一个问呗，问问题嘛，不都是有就说没有就无的。我不知道你为啥担心，出来应该是很轻松的心情，敬候佳音吧！有消息就告诉我们哦！
