来这里快2年了,看了很多MM的帖子,从中学到了很多东西,很多MM很想面试外行,但是英语这个门槛就是我们中国人的最大的障碍,但是想提高又不是很容易的事情,只能说如果每个人为了自己的目标去坚持不懈地努力,我相信总会有实现自己梦想的那一天。
我来发一些我自己准备面试外航所准备的问题回答,希望能帮到大家,MM们也可以作一些参考。 1.What is your greatest strength?(你最突出的优点是什么?) I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I can’t concentrate on something new until the first thing is finished. 3,你怎么看待Cabin Attendant? 你将怎样对待这份工作? 1) 态度热情、诚恳,耐心,业务熟练、合作精神、工作认真负责、公平对待每位乘客。 2) 语言,稳重,灵活圆滑的沟通能力,组织能力,观察力 3) 同事间配合能力 1) There is no easy work. A good Cabin attendant should own the attributes of warm-hearted, hearty, patient, proficient, collaborative, responsible, and impartial. 2) I should be capable of abilities with fluent languages, flexible and tactful communication skills, management of people and stock, sharp and deep insights. 3) collaboration and team spirits 4如果成为了一名Cabin Attendant,你怎么去协调和平衡你和你的家庭?
I think both my family and my work are important. But it is doomed that I must sacrifice some precious time of sharing with my families, and I will cherish with them. My families will understand and support my job. 我认为工作和家庭都很重要,但是我的工作性质决定了我需要牺牲一些和家人相处的宝贵时间,所以我会让我的家人理解和支持我的工作.5请你说说在你以前的工作中你具体做了些什么? 我以前的工作是客户服务,面对面的听取客户要求,做好记录,然后总结客人的要求及意见做出基本的答复,转达客户相关意见给相关部门,及时与客人沟通并配合其他部门尽可能的解决好客人的要求. I was working on customer services, mainly collect their requests and make records face to face, and then response & reply after summary. After that all the valuable requests and comments are delivered to relevant sectors. I need to communicate with clients in a good manner and sort the problems out collaboratively with other sectors/teams as soon as possible. 6你从你以前的工作经验中你得到了些什么? 是处理问题的态度,遇到客户提出的问题应该冷静的对待,不能慌张.其次就是很多解决办法是在实际操作中得来的经验,没有一成不变的规律,应该懂得合理变通,掌握技巧与客户及时的沟通.配合团队共同操作完成. First point is the attitude when facing with problems, one must calm down himself/herself to deal with clients’ requests, never be flurried. Second point is there is no fixed orderliness; many pieces of solutions are actually from practical experience. 7在你的工作中有没有与同事发生过不相同意见或是争执,你如何应付?与你的上司有没有意见不同意,如果你的上司最后决定与你的想法不一致,但是你又必须执行,你该如何处理面对?
