你的邀请函的内容是怎样的，它发邀请函给你，是通知你可以参加他们的面试。至于参加OD还是AD，就不清楚了。看它内容怎么写的。

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS GULOU CHENGDU

No.72 West Da Qiang Street,

Qing Yang District, Chengdu China.

You are most welcome to participate in this CV Submission, however please be informed that our Cabin Crew Recruitment Campaigns are frequently scheduled throughout the world and we do encourage you to attend a campaign held CLOSEST to your location that does not incur excessive travel and expense.
Please note that all expenses incurred by you to attend any recruitment campaign will not be the responsibility of Qatar Airways.


Our CV Submission is a non-interactive session where in you only submit your updated CVs to our Recruitment Officers personally. The CVs submitted will then be reviewed by our Recruitment Officers and only those short-listed will be invited for further recruitment processes on:

• 23rd May 2010 (Sunday)-Preliminary Selection
• 24th May 2010 (Monday) & 25th May 2010 (Tuesday)- Final Interviews (Time and venue will be advised for both sessions)

• An updated CV.
  
• One recent passport-sized photograph (smiling) on a plain (avoid white) background.

既然学历要求只要是高中就行的，那就是没有问题，但也要在那三天的表现中都不错才行哦，否则学历再高也没用啊。

only short-listed candidates will be contacted.这两名话表明最终还是要参加OD的面试，所以还是免不了第一步程序 ，但官网提交还是会给 Recruitment Officers 留下一定的印象，对进入AD还是有好处的。
