Items Description Position B737 Captain Airline Hainan Airlines Commencement date April 2009 Qualification l PIC 500hrs+ on type l Total flying hours 4,000hrs +l Under 52 year-oldl Valid ICAO license and type rating of B737NG and EFIS model l At least meet ICAO Level Four on Aviation English Proficiency l Non-criminal record l No involvement in Flight event, incident or accident attested by the previous employer l Valid First Class Aircrew medical certificate issued by the country approved by CAAC Home base and service bases Beijing Validity of contract 36 months, renewable Guarantee Flight Hours 770 hrs, since the first flight on duty of 12 consecutive calendar months (based on the block hour computation, 50% of Position/deadhead flight hours will be calculated for this purpose. However, simulator/ground training/annual leave or other leave and flight time commuting from residence place to home base will not be credited for block hour) Day off 7 consecutive days off / month, the pilot may use it together with annual leave/sick leave but it shall not over 15 day for any calendar month. The Airlines is offering 6 weeks on 2 weeks off program with the condition of no annual leave. Whole package US$ 12,800 /month (net) Basic salary US$ 9,800 /month (net) Basic salary will be USD$ 200/per day in the ground training period after report to the Airlines (This period will not be longer than 30 days. USD 327 per day will be paid pro rated for the day less than full month on the second month.) Accommodation allowance 5,000 RMB/ month. Bonus for every 6 calendar months US$12,000 / every 6 months, without any violation to the Company and CAAC rules Over time rate USD$112 / hour (will only be available for flight hour more than 770 hours for consecutive 12 calendar month) Pay Deduction USD$140 / hour .( if the pilot’s annual flight time shortfall the annual guarantee flight hours due to pilot’s personal reasons such like the pilot is suspended for flight duty by the Company or CAAC or the pilot requests the leave longer than the current rule and lead to the shortfall of flight time) Ground transportation Hainan Airlines will provide ground transportation during duty time. Air Travel benefit 1. HNA International route 3 round trip for the first 12 month service 4 round trip tickets on the second year service 5 round trip tickets on the third year service (confirmed economic class seat) 2. HNA Domestic route: 4 round trips/ year (confirmed economic class seat, except embargo period published by HNA). Flight crew may travel as jump seat pilot without limit. The pilot need to pay the cost of fuel surcharge and airport tax for above tickets Annual leave & Sick leave 2.5 days / month, not applicable on the first three months when the pilot reports to HNA 10 days / month (a doctor certificate must be present for the a sick leave request with three consecutive days or more) Uniform and Duty Equipments Flight Uniform, Company manual (electronic version), boarding pass, Company ID card, navigation bag, overnight bag and headset will be provided by HN Insurance Hainan Airlines will pay Employer Liability Insurance Evaluation process Hainan Airlines will offer the round trips ticket and cover all the expense. Remarks The pilot may need to refund HNA for the screening cost/simulator training cost with additional 20% penalty if he does not serve more than 6 months in HNA after training.
