我在国外一个CC论坛上看到的，虽然我没面过EK，近期也没打算面EK，但希望给论坛上一些准备EK面是的GGMM带来些帮助。

You have to be good looking and well groomed. That is a must and your ticket to get in the door. Nice clean professional hair, good skin, great teeth and good smile. Clip your finger nails. Get a haircut. Girls don’t show too much skin. No dangly earrings and scarves around the neck. Hair nicely tied back and not too much makeup.
Don’t bother applying for this position if you have acne. They want people who look healthy and people with acne can come across unhealthy.
Also, people who are overweight won’t get through. Candidates with bad teeth, receding hairlines will have the same problem. 这里主要写appearance和grooming的，提到了关于发型，皮肤，牙齿，笑容，指甲，配饰的要求。 2.
You have to be mature. Contrary to general belief that they want young people, they actually prefer mature, career driven people who have held customer service positions. Everyone they picked in my group was in their late 20’s to mid 30’s. 这里提到了年龄，说航空公司其实并不会可以亲睐年轻的，反而比较喜欢那些成熟的，有客服经验的candidate。 3.
You have to be outspoken and have excellent communication skills. Don’t argue with someone just for the sake of arguing. Be helpful if you find someone is stuck. Don’t be overbearing, giddy, too cheery and crack jokes. They want serious, happy, helpful, career oriented people. 关于communication。 4.
You must be able to speak proper English. It’s ok to have accents. But your grammar must be correct and a clear speech. You will be talking to passengers from all over the world and they need to be able to understand you.
We didn’t have to do English test during our assessment as everyone who got picked had English as their first language. 语言要求 5.
