当初初试的第一天通过了 但还是担心因为是跳槽人员 东航会不会不收
诚恳认真的询问了东航招飞办的人几次 我们是不是符合东航的招生要求
得到负责人的确定 外航的 飞行过有经验的 我们东航是另外看待 每年都会收的
像是吃了定心丸 这样看来 硬件条件我们肯定是OK的了 如果复试
体检不过也只能怨天尤人了 于是一步一步的初试 复试 体检 走到了现在
  耐心的等待着政审 2个月 3个月 4个月 等到花儿也谢了 等到其他的人都收到了政审通知 结果他们还让我们等 等等 就是不给回音 等了半年了 终于来了个电话
说 对不起 你们不是我们的招收范围 而我们 早在3个月前刚刚招生不久就都辞职了
  他们内部的人早就暗示我们要及早辞职 我们是他们招收范围 结果一个电话
  就抹去了5个月的等待 抹灭了我们的希望 也断送了我们的前途
既然不收外航的 为什么刚刚面试的时候不说 为什么饶了一个大圈 还让我们要辞职
现在有多少面试东航的人啊 全都变成了失业青年

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



The duties cover everything from performing Chinese in-flight announcements to deliver Chinese cultural awareness towards our Cabin Crew with a common goal to see our Chinese customers walk away at the end of a flight contented.  You are responsible to assist our Chinese customers on board with the knowledge of our products and services you have acquired during the intensive training with the Company.
At all times, the tasks assumed by the in-flight interpreters have to reach the Air France Service Standard, the “Balises”.  




JOB DESCRIPTION
To participate crew briefing with the support of Chinese cultural & practices brochure “NIN HAO”
To perform Chinese in-flight commercial announcements
To promote Flying Blue programme on board
To enhance Air France products and service through active presence in the cabin and effective communication with the cabin crew
To check the presence of in-flight Chinese products and coordinate with ground handling agents in case of non conformity
To assist cabin crew and customers during the meal service and duty free sales
To assist cabin crew for the distribution of in-flight documents such as immigration/health declaration forms, SCOPE (customer satisfaction survey) and be responsive to Chinese customers enquiries on board
To provide customers feedback to the Chief Purser on board and your Delegation
To submit an in-flight job report to your line manager within one week following every duty trip





JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate or equivalent
Fluent in French, both written and spoken.  Good command of English is a plus
Physically fit
Good communication skills and commercial sense
Customer-service oriented and objective-minded
Extensive knowledge in both Chinese and French culture is highly desirable
