悉尼奥运会上的那几首歌曲,是在将近3000多首歌曲中选出来的,全部由澳洲本土音乐人作词,作曲,演唱.
当时,年仅13岁的澳洲小姑娘Nikki Webster以这首Under The Southern Skies(在南方的天空下)
拉开了2000年悉尼奥运会开幕式的序曲..本人超喜欢.,面对10万现场观众和数十亿的电视观众，

大家应该不陌生的悉尼奥运会主题曲The Flame ,演唱者为澳洲家喻户晓的女歌手Tina Arena.当时年仅19岁.
8年了,这首歌现在听还是那么的震撼人心,我想这首歌应该是奥运会历史上最经典,最成功的歌曲之一了.
有些歌曲在特定的场合才能显示其魅力，而《the Flame》应该就是其中的典型,在奥运会前推出时反应平平，
但在灯火辉煌、亿人瞩目的奥运会场，却反而有了博大深远的气质。

2000年悉尼奥运会的开幕式上，很多歌曲的名气都不大，但却非常好听，这首《Heroes live forever》就是这样一个作品。
演唱者为澳洲本土天才女歌手Vanessa Amorosi .当时也是19岁.她不当演唱.还包办了这首歌的词曲创作.
在悉尼奥运会的开幕式上,她的高音表现，更是非常突出。每次听这首歌的时候，我都会被歌曲的那种宏大的气势所震撼。
