这是英语课上老师给我们看的一篇文章 看了之后很有感触
其实幸福很简单很容易 我们每个人其实都拥有着各种各样的幸福，只是有时我们把一切都当成理所当然的，因而忽视了身边的幸福


珍惜你所拥有的吧 把一切当一种恩赐 而不是理所当然 o(∩_∩)o...

If we could shrink the earth's population

If we could shrink the earth's population to a village of precisely 100 people, with all the existing human ratios remaining the same, it would look something like the following.  There would be:
57 Asians，21 Europeans，14 from the Western Hemisphere, both north and south，8 would be Africans
52 would be female，48 would be male
70 would be non-white，30 would be white
70 would be non-Christian，30 would be Christian
89 would be heterosexual，11 would be homosexual
6 people would possess 59% of the entire world's wealth and all 6 would be from the United States.
80 would live in substandard housing，70 would be unable to read，50 would suffer from malnutrition
1 would be near death; 1 would be near birth;
1 (yes, only 1) would have a college education; 1 (yes, only 1) would own a computer.

When one considers our world from such a compressed perspective, the need for acceptance, understanding and education becomes glaringly apparent.

And, therefore . . .

If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of this world.

If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish someplace, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.   

If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million who will not survive this week.

If you can attend a church meeting without fear of harassment, arrest, torture, or death, you are more blessed than three billion people in the world.

If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation, you are ahead of 500 million people in the world.

If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful, you are blessed because the majority can, but most do not.

If you can read this message, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.

If your parents are still alive and still married ... You are very rare, even  in the United States.

As you read this and are reminded how life is in the rest of the world, remember just how blessed you really are!


如果我们可以把地球上的人口精确地压缩到正好一百人

如果我们可以把地球上的人口压缩到100人，住在一个小村庄里，而现在的人种比例保持不变，那么就会有：

57个亚洲人，21个欧洲人，14个美洲人（包括北美和南美），8个非洲人。
其中，女人52个，男人48个，
70个非白种人，30个白种人。
70个非基督徒，30个基督徒。
89个异性恋者，11个同性恋者。
6个人将占有全球财富的59%，他们来自美国。
在这100个人中，80个人将住在勉强可以忍受的住房里；70个人不识字；50个人营养不良；
只有1个人受过大学教育；1个人拥有电脑；1个人快死了；1个人将要诞生。

如果你冰箱里有食物，身上穿着衣服，有房子和睡觉的地方，那么你比世界上75%的人都要富有。

如果你银行里有存款，钱包里有钱，口袋里有零钱，那你属于全世界8%最富有的人之列。

如果你在早晨醒来，身体没病，那么你就比这星期死去的100万人幸运多了。

如果你能參加教會的崇拜而沒有被折磨, 拘捕, 毒打, 或死亡…你比起世上30亿人更蒙福。

如果你从来没有体验过战斗的危险，没有进过监狱，没有受过肉体的折磨，没有挨过饿，那么你比世界上500万受过这些苦的人幸运多了。

如果你帶著微笑抬起頭且真正感恩…你是蒙福的人因為多數人能這樣做, 卻大部份人沒有做  

如果你能讀這信息, 你剛接受雙倍的祝福因為有人正關心你…你比起世界上30億不能閱讀的人更蒙福

如果你父母还活着，而且没有离婚，那你要知道这种情况是很少有的，即使在美国和加拿大。

如果你看了这篇文章，那你可比全世界二十多亿的文盲幸运多了。

跟这些不幸的人相比，我已经是生活在天堂里了！

我们都应该珍惜自己拥有的一切！我们生活的每一天都是上帝的恩赐！
