香港航空、香港快运航空中国区外站招聘信息 Customer Services Officer (Airport Office) Job Description:
- Responsible for monitoring service parties for un/loading of cargo, baggage and dis/embarkation of passengers;
- Responsible for preparing information for flight operation, communication with the aircraft, answering enquiries on schedules & operation status and the handling of flight documentation;
- Responsible for airport lounge service.
Qualifications:
- University graduate in any discipline;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Good customer services & interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Willing to work on shifts;
- Airline experience is an advantage;
