Pax Sales Representative : 1 (销售代表1名)
Responsibility
- To ensure achievement of the revenue sales target in accordance with company commercial and marketing objectives
- To monitor market trends and recommend strategies to retain commercial initiatives and remain on target to achieve the commercial objectives.
- To build and maintain goodwill and relationship with the Travel Agency leaders and attend industry functions on a regular basis to establish contacts, network and promote the interests of MH
- To prepare monthly and annual Sales & Marketing reports to ensure the Sales Manager is kept well informed of market conditions, trends and competitor activities and make recommendations as appropriate. You will also be required to lead the Sales team in the negotiation and administration of all corporate account incentive agreements to meet the overall Departmental KPIs
- To prepare fare benchmarking and obtain market information to improve Station Performance
- To conduct Agent Sales Calls and provide sales and marketing support to agents under his/her coverage to ensure sales target can be met and POS Revenue can be achieved
- To source for new channels and methods to improve sales
- To conduct Road Show where necessary
- Assist Sales Manager as and when required
Requirement
Must possess a recognized college diploma or university degree in tourism or service industry, preferably aviation. A college or degree in Commerce or Economy is an added advantage.
- Must possess a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in all aspects of the airline sales environment with good track records. Former airlines experience in reservation & ticketing is an added advantage.
- Must possess prior experience in dealing with Airlines Passenger Travel Agencies and other national travel organizations such as tourism bodies.
- Must have the ability to analyse and interpret statistical information for presentation to management
- Must be willing to travel extensively with minimal notice
- Fresh graduates are not encouraged to apply.

- Must be proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Friendly, guest focused with good problem solving skills
- Able to perform under pressure to meet last minute arrangement
- Able to work independently with strong follow up tenacity
- Must be a team player with a pleasant disposition and possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Must be receptive to new ideas, concepts and changes while embracing the MH values of being natural, spontaneous, determined and willing
